People seeking support often have to navigate systems, connect disconnected providers, overcome transportation barriers, understand insurance and complex eligibility requirements, manage long referral processes, and seek help in unfamiliar environments.
At the same time, trusted community organizations are frequently the first to recognize when someone needs help. These organizations have strong relationships and deep community knowledge, but they often are missing critical clinical staff, operational infrastructure, or sustainability resources needed to deliver whole-person care.
ADEii Health connects these two realities.
