You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADEii, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

We may use third-party web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect and analyze the information discussed above and engage in auditing, research, or reporting. Your use of this site acknowledges and agrees that ADEii (and/or its licensors) exclusively own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the services, copyright rights, trade secret rights, trademarks, database rights, and any other intellectual property rights anywhere in the world.  Nothing in the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or the services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, license, or right to use any of ADEii’s logos, trademarks, or information displayed on the Website without ADEii’s prior written permission in each instance.  All goodwill generated from the use of ADEii’s trademarks will be our exclusive benefit.
