People seeking support are often expected to navigate disconnected providers, complicated eligibility requirements, long referral processes, and unfamiliar systems.
At the same time, trusted community organizations are frequently the first to recognize when someone needs help. These organizations have strong relationships and deep community knowledge, but they often are missing critical clinical staff, operational infrastructure, or sustainability resources needed to deliver whole-person care.
ADEii Health connects these two realities.
